Almost as soon as I could walk, my mother laced up my skates and set me in motion. But when I discovered dance, my heart was set—I wanted to be a Solid Gold Dancer. My childhood was a mix of skating under disco lights, choreographing basement routines, and pleading with my parents to order every Columbia House ad that landed in our mailbox. Music was the heartbeat of my world, shaping me long before I realized it.

Thanks to my parents, I was raised on a rock-solid foundation: The Beatles, ABBA, Meat Loaf, Rush, AC/DC, and a wall-to-wall soundtrack of ’60s, ’70s, and ’80s legends. By the time I hit my teens, music wasn’t just in my life—it was my life. I had a personal soundtrack for every memory. Whether sneaking out at 13 to see KISS on their Crazy Nights tour or sobbing to “Read ’Em and Weep” after my first heartbreak, music was my constant. Even working security at our local coliseum gave me a rare front-row seat—and sometimes a backstage pass—to the very bands that shaped my soul.

Now, as CEO of Song Mates, Inc. and co-host of artist interviews on Press Play Radio alongside The Don and Dean Baldwin, my passion for music has taken on a new mission: to disrupt the industry, amplify the voices of artists, and build a platform where music lovers and creators truly connect. I’m here not just to relive the soundtrack of my life—but to help others write theirs.

AmyLynn was exposed to so many genre’s of music from 70’s rock and Singers & Songwriters from her parents.  Her Grandfather was a singer, actor and always knew all the Broadway tunes.  The radio and MTV were constantly playing in AmyLynn’s house. 

When AmyLynn was younger, she would open her living room window and hold her boombox with microphone to the outside world.   AmyLynn would “interview” neighborhood kids and do “shout outs” and song requests and this would ultimately recorded on a cassette tape.

Having been raised as a military brat, she found comfort in music as she moved from place to place,  starting over each time. This comfort and passion she carries with her today. Being Canadian, Dawn Natasha brings a unique viewpoint to the table.

Dawn Natasha is the host of "The Afternoon Breakout" heard weekdays from 1pm to 4pm Eastern.   Dawn Natasha is also the host of the Top 10 Countdown heard each week on Press Play Radio and FAB Radio International.  

Beyond radio, he crafts content for the streaming TV network StrykTV, showcasing his diverse talents. Dean keeps things lively off the air too, staying connected with fans through his active presence on social media.

His story is one woven with the threads of music from an early age. Inspired by his mother's musical talents, he began strumming his first guitar chords while still mastering his ABCs. Growing up in a household with a deaf musician mother, Dean developed a unique way of listening to and understanding music, setting the stage for his lifelong passion.

During his teenage years, Dean's musical horizons expanded as he delved into the rock of the 1970s and the metal and hair bands of the 1980s. Yet, his love for music knew no boundaries, embracing artists across a wide spectrum of genres, from Metallica to Barry Manilow, Pavarotti to Waylon Jennings, and Dokken to Buddy Holly.

Today, Dean finds joy in connecting with fellow music enthusiasts through his social media platforms, particularly TikTok. As a moderator of discussions about the songs commonly heard on SiriusXM's Classic Rewind, Classic Vinyl, and Deep Tracks, he shares his insights and memories, fostering a growing community of followers eager to engage in lively musical conversations.

Her magic lies in blending these diverse influences to create new, eclectic sounds.
